In December, the team has been busy creating a new threshold setting for work orders. This feature allows external users to be either warned or prevented from completing a work order within a specified number of days from the due date.

This improvement helps prevent scenarios where vendors complete newly created jobs almost immediately after a work order is automatically generated upon job completion.

To add a threshold:

• Go to your workspace settings.
• Select Jobs -> Types.
• Choose a job type you wish to apply a threshold to.
• Enable the threshold setting.
• Set your threshold in days and choose whether to create a warning or prevent the guest user from creating a job.
